Particularly in the pre-curing phase of the AAC production line, the traction mechanism is a helpful hauling tool. It is able to hook and push the hardening vehicle or mold. This hauling equipment is typically used to move mold in the pre-curing area and harden the vehicle either before or after the autoclave. Our traction mechanism consists of the following key parts: steel rope, stretching device, hooking/pushing device, steel wire spooler, and motor.

The traction mechanism is special equipment for hooking and pushing molds or steaming trolleys on the track.
Structure
The traction mechanism is mainly composed of a wire drum, pulley assembly 1, pulley assembly 2, tensioning device, hook trolley, wire rope, etc.
The hook trolley is composed of bearings, rollers, hook body, car body, shaft, etc.
Working principle
When the power is turned on, the motor rotates to drive the wire drum to rotate, and the wire rope passes through pulley assembly 1 and pulley assembly 2, dragging the hook trolley to move on the guide rail.
Trial and maintenance
a. Trial
Running on the track, the hook trolley runs smoothly.
b. Maintenance
Add No. 1 colloidal graphite oil to the wheel once a week.
Safety
Remove obstacles on the guide rail and side.
