Description

One crucial piece of equipment in the AAC block factory is the tilting or overturning table, which is mostly used to remove the cake’s bottom waste material. The cake is turned 90 degrees from the side plate and placed on the designated bottom plate to steam.

After cutting, it eliminates the top and bottom waste layers from the cake’s surface, enabling the block to be steam-cooked upright. After the blocks are steamed horizontally, it may totally prevent the adhesion between the top and lower layers and reduce the damage that happens when the glued blocks separate.

A body trolley, a side plate trolley, a moving device, a pressure bar, a roller, an overturning seat, support, and an inverting frame make up the overturning table’s primary components.
