Moves the side plates, which serve as the base for the AAC block during the cutting and autoclaving process. It helps transport the green cake (uncut or cut blocks) to the next processing stage.

Structure

1. The conveyor roller line is composed of multiple groups of conveyor rollers (each group consists of two types: active machine and passive machine). When the conveyor line is assembled, the active machine and the passive machine should be installed at intervals.

Working Principle

The side plate roller is a special roller that can automatically move the side plate during the walking process without human push. Place the side plate on the assembled conveyor line, connect the power supply of the active machine, start the active machine reducer on the conveyor line at the same time, and drive the conveyor wheel to rotate through the coupling transmission to complete the walking movement of the side plate.
