The Role of the Oiling System in the AAC Block Production Process:

Role of Oiling System: Applies a thin layer of oil or release agent to the mold surfaces to ensure that the aerated concrete blocks can be easily demolded without sticking or damaging the mold.
Process It Belongs To: Mold Preparation Process, specifically before casting the concrete slurry into the molds.
Related Equipment Before:

  • Mold Cleaning System – for removing any residual material or debris from the molds after each production cycle.
  • Mold Inspection Station – for checking molds for damage or wear before the oiling process.

Product Detail

This apparatus is a high-speed, completely automated oiling machine. It can be unattended for 7*24 hours, automatically identify the mould box and carry out precise positioning, and automatically cover all the inside of the mould box with a small amount of release oil, which greatly improves the efficiency of coating the mould box with release oil.

The equipment adopts a centrifugal oiling method for operation, no oil mist discharge, no pollution to the workshop environment, and fully meets the environmental protection requirements. The structure of this equipment consists of the following parts: frame body, lifting assembly, bottom frame assembly, oil supply system, electrical control assembly

It can achieve 100% oil surface coverage on 4 or 5 surfaces inside the mould box, with no leakage of gaps, and the fastest working period is 30 seconds.

The equipment design conforms to the actual requirements of the production site, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.
