The Role of the Mesh Welding Machine in the AAC Block Production Process:

Produces reinforced steel mesh or cages that are embedded into aerated concrete blocks or panels to improve their structural strength and load-bearing capacity.

  • Process It Belongs To:
Reinforcement Process, specifically in the production of reinforced AAC panels or blocks.
  • Related Equipment Before:
Steel Bar Cutting Machine – for cutting steel rods or wires to the required length for reinforcement.
Wire Straightening Machine – for straightening the wire before feeding it into the mesh welding machine.
  • Related Equipment After:
Mold Assembly Area – where the welded mesh is placed in molds before the aerated concrete slurry is poured.
Casting and Curing Area – where the mesh-reinforced AAC blocks or panels are cast and undergo curing.

Technical performance and characteristics:

After the steel bar is straightened by the straightening mechanism, it enters the welding host and is welded with the transverse bar to form a continuous steel mesh sheet, which is cut into the required length of the steel mesh sheet by the shearing mechanism. The product’s attributes include a high level of automation, easy mesh specification change, high production efficiency, and superior welding quality.
