Grouping Crane

  • Lifting Capacity: 5 to 10 tons.
  • Span: The distance between the crane’s rails, usually between 5 to 20 meters.
  • Lifting Height: From 8 to 15 meters.
  • Traveling Speed: The crane’s moving speed, is typically 20 to 60 meters per minute.
  • Hoisting Speed: Usually between 5 to 10 meters per minute.

The Role of the Grouping Crane in the AAC Block Production Process:

Lifts and transfers grouped blocks or cakes of aerated concrete from one processing station to another, typically for arranging them into batches for further processing, such as autoclaving or packaging.
Process It Belongs To: Material Handling and Transport process, specifically after cutting and before autoclaving or packaging.
Related Equipment Before:

  • Cutting Machine – cuts the aerated concrete cakes into the required block sizes.
  • Transfer Conveyor – moves the cut cakes to the staging area where the crane picks them up.

Related Equipment After:

  • Autoclave – used to cure grouped blocks under high-pressure steam conditions.
  • Stacking or Packaging System – arranges the finished blocks for shipping or storage.

Application

The Grouping Crane is the main equipment of the aerated concrete production line. It is installed on the crane, guide device, and lifting device, and can flip, bottom, and group the cut blanks. It runs smoothly, has accurate positioning, and reliable flipping. It is an ideal lifting device for bottoming and grouping blanks.

Structure

The Grouping Crane is composed of a guide device, a peeling lifting device, and a hydraulic system.
1. The guide column is composed of a column, a fixed seat, etc.
2. The peeling lifting device is composed of a boom, a flip-turning device, a main beam, a bottom plate, etc.
3. The hydraulic system is composed of a hydraulic station a hydraulic cylinder, etc., and has the advantages of reliable transmission and precise positioning.
