The Role of a Bucket Elevator in an Aac Block Production Line:
- Vertical transportation of raw materials (sand, lime, cement, gypsum, etc.)
- Continuous and automated lifting of bulk materials
- Efficient transfer of materials to silos, hoppers, or mixers
- Optimized material flow in the production process
- Space-saving due to the vertical conveying mechanism
- Ensures steady feeding of materials into different production stages.
The Conveying Working Principle of the Bucket Elevator Is:
When the bucket is full, the chain or conveyor belt raises it to the top, collecting the stuff from the storage underneath. Once the bucket elevator passes the top wheel, it lowers and empties the material into the receiving trough. The rubber transmission belt, which is mounted on the upper and lower redirection rollers as well as the lower or lower transmission roller, is typically used in belt-driven bucket elevators.
Two parallel transmission chains, two upper or lower side transmission sprockets, and two lower or higher side redirection sprockets are often seen on a chain-driven bucket elevator. A covering is typically installed on bucket elevators to keep dust out of the machine.
