The Role of the Pallet Feeder in the AAC Block Production Process:

Feeds empty pallets into the production line to support and transport freshly formed AAC blocks during the cutting and curing processes.

  • Process It Belongs To:
    Block Forming and Curing process, specifically for handling and moving AAC blocks between stages.
  • Related Equipment Before:
    Casting Molds – where the AAC mixture is poured and begins to set.
    Tilting Device – for tilting the mold to release the formed block onto the pallet.
  • Related Equipment After:
    Cutting Machine – for cutting the AAC blocks into specific sizes while on the pallet.
    Autoclave – for steam curing the AAC blocks while they are on the pallet.

Structure

  • The release machine consists of a gantry, a crossbeam, a lifting guide wheel, a stacking frame, a chain, a sprocket, and a pneumatic system.
  • The gantry, the crossbeam, and the stacking frame are welded by steel and steel plates. The lifting guide wheel is connected to the stacking frame with bolts.
