The Role of the Grabber in the AAC Block Production Process:

Lifts and transfers the finished AAC blocks from the cutting or curing area to the packaging or stacking area for further handling.

  • Process It Belongs To:
Finished Product Handling and Packaging process, specifically for moving fully formed and cured blocks.
  • Related Equipment Before:
Cutting Machine – for cutting the AAC blocks into the required sizes.
Curing Autoclave – where the blocks are cured under high pressure and temperature.
  • Related Equipment After:
Strapping Machine – for securing the blocks into bundles for transport.
Palletizer or Stacker – for stacking blocks onto pallets for shipment or storage.

Structure

  • The finished fixture consists of a horizontal beam, a vertical beam, a guide device, a lifting device, etc.
  • The horizontal beam and the vertical beam are made of rectangular tubes, which have the advantages of good rigidity, simple structure, and easy installation and adjustment.
  • The lifting device is placed on the upper part of the horizontal beam, and the guide device is installed on the vertical beam.
