Mould

Aerated concrete equipment mold, also known as mold frame, is the main supporting equipment in aerated concrete production.

The mold frame and bottom plate are the two primary parts of the aerated concrete mold. There are two kinds of molds: integral and movable. The double-layer hollow side panel plays a role in insulation. To strengthen it, keep it from deforming, and lengthen its service life, 8mm thick steel plates are welded to the inside panel.

Model Length (mm) Width (mm) Height (mm)
M-1 4200 1200 600
M-2 4800 1200 600
M-3 5000 1200 600
M-4 6000 1200 600
M-5 6000 1500 600

Side Plate

The side plate, essential for an AAC production line, works in conjunction with the mold. After demolding, it transports the green cake through the cutting, grouping, autoclaving, and packaging stages. Our side plate, which is made of steel pipe, steel plate, H channel steel, and U channel steel, provides outstanding structural performance with less distortion even after years of usage.

The Role of the Mould And Side Plate in the AAC Block Production Process:

Role of Mould and Side Plate:

  • Mould: Holds the aerated concrete slurry during the initial setting period, shaping the mixture into the desired block or panel form.
  • Side Plate: Serves as the base plate of the mold, facilitating smooth transfer of the set concrete for cutting and autoclaving. It also helps maintain the shape during curing and transportation.

Process It Belongs To:

  • Casting and Molding Process: This process involves pouring the prepared slurry into the molds for initial shaping and pre-curing.

Related Equipment Before:

  • Mixing Equipment – for preparing the aerated concrete slurry by combining raw materials with water and additives.
  • Pouring and Dosing Systems – for accurately pouring the slurry into the molds.

Related Equipment After:

  • Cutting Machine – for cutting the semi-hardened aerated concrete into blocks or panels in precise dimensions.
  • Autoclave – for curing the cut blocks or panels under high pressure and temperature to achieve strength and final hardness.
